Ghulam Ahmad
Born and raised in Baltistan, he graduated from the prestigious Government College Rawalpindi and joined civil services in 1975. Where he got the opportunity to serve the foreign tourists that in fact inspired him to practice the noble profession of travel and tourism. In early eighties he devoted himself fully to the travel and tourism sector and never looked back.

His extraordinary commitment and enthusiasm to promote tourism further guided him to start a company of professionals in the name and style of Mountain Travels Pakistan in 1990. One many of his attributes is to develop and build teams of committed professionals of guides and porters. His vision is to become a worldwide ambassador of tourism seeking a world saying no to social, economic, and cultural boundaries. He made this start when he spoke at the Annual Convention on Adventure Tourism in December 2004 at New Delhi, India [speech].

He has expertise in the fields of cultural tours, trekking, climbing expeditions, and other adventure and ecological tourism spheres.
