	Pakistan is celebrating the current year as the “Destination Pakistan 2007” and offers as many as 53 events during the year. Placed below is the calendar of events 2007 [courtesy PTDC]. Pakistan has upheld the last year’s no-royalty status for mountaineers climbing up to 6,500-metre peaks; and 50% royalty to peaks over and above 6,500-metres.
